- Smooth scrolling replaces the discrete steps of a wheel with pixel-level inertia. Trackpads and the Magic Mouse pass through untouched.
- Scroll direction flips on its own, no longer tied to the system's natural scrolling and the trackpad.
- Button mapping covers clicks, double clicks, long presses, four-way drags, chords and hold plus scroll, and can be overridden per app.
- Input sources switch automatically by app, or by the domain of the current browser tab.
